We hope you and your loved ones are well. We would like to update you regarding our relationship with various dental insurance company contracts.
We are in the process of changing network status from IN-NETWORK to OUT-OF-NETWORK for ALL insurance companies with the exception of Delta Dental at this time. Our office will no longer be a participating provider with most insurance carriers. Unfortunately, insurance companies are making it harder for participating providers to provide optimum care to their members. Our commitment is to upholding the standard of care consistent with YOUR needs; your insurance company limits our standard of care.
We strive to maintain a practice where you can receive care year after year with adequate time set aside for YOU, your dental needs, and concerns. We are unwilling to compromise on our quality care, highly skilled team, local laboratories, or materials. For these reasons we will be shifting to an out-of-network status.
Our contract and relationship are with YOU! Your uncompromised care is our highest priority, and you are a valued patient.
What does this mean for you?

YES! You can utilize and maximize your out-of-network benefits in our office.

YES! You can still use your FULL annual benefit for your dental care.

YES! We will continue to file your claims as a courtesy.

NO! We do not want you to go elsewhere, you are a valued member of our patient family.
What will change?

These changes will take a few months to enact. Once the status has changed, your insurance company will likely send you a letter informing you that we are now an “out of network provider”. This letter is meant to encourage you to see an in-network provider because that is what is most profitable for your insurance company.

A change in your level of coverage is possible; however, with most plans the difference between in and out of network is minimal.
Please understand we are making this change to safeguard the same quality of care and customer service that you are accustomed to. Please contact us with any questions!

We hope this finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few years and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety. During the time our office was closed, we have been busy creating the SAFEST POSSIBLE environment for our patients and staff.
We can’t wait to catch up and hear from all of you! We might have a few new items on as we greet you, such as face shields and masks. While you can’t see us, please know we are smiling underneath all of it, as we’re thrilled to be back serving our patients. Please bear with us as we want you to have exceptional service with minimal time in our office. If we don’t seem to be as chatty, it’s not you, it’s us! Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable. We want to tell you about the infection control procedures we follow in our practice to keep patients and staff safe. Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued.
